Outstanding customer service. I arrived early in the morning and was greeted and treated exceptionally well by the desk staff, especially Adnan. The inclusive breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the main attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers great value for money.
I did have a bit of trouble finding the hotel since it's still new and not well-known to auto drivers. However, the helpful staff made sure I reached my destination safely.

The room size was impressive and the breakfast was good. the location was not too far from the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were generally nice and polite.
The hotel lacked in overall cleanliness. the room was not as clean as expected and I spotted several cockroaches in the room.

Strategically located in the heart of the city and well-mannered staff who are friendly and always ready to help with anything. The property is equipped with cameras for 24x7 vigilance.
No natural ventilation and parking spaces for guests who come in their own vehicles are not available. Location can be a bit tricky to reach, but public transport is easily accessible.

We loved the location of the hotel - it was tucked away down a quiet alley, which meant we weren't disturbed by traffic noises. We found some great local restaurants and shops nearby, which was really convenient. The staff were also very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Additionally, this hotel was easily accessible via the main railway station, so we didn't have to go too far for our transit needs.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel near the main railway station. the staff provided great service and the room was comfortable with a tidy bathroom. The staff was excellent, humble, and clean. The owner provided personal care, creating a family-like atmosphere. The hotel is centrally located and easily commutable. The rooms were neat, tidy, and as shown in the pictures. good value for money.
